Our strategy focuses on five key areas:
Leading from the top – Our senior leaders champion DE&I and role model inclusive behaviours.
Embedding inclusion in our culture – DE&I principles guide our policies, processes, and everyday decisions.
Awareness and communication – We share regular updates, learning resources, and events to increase understanding of DE&I topics across our region.
Direct support for employees – Through initiatives, resources, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), we connect colleagues, support underrepresented groups, and create spaces for meaningful dialogue.
Data and governance – We use workforce insights to guide focus areas, measure progress, and ensure accountability
