Data and governance – We use workforce insights to guide focus areas, measure progress, and ensure accountability.

Inclusive Hiring

Building a diverse workforce starts with inclusive and equitable hiring practices.

We embed inclusion into every stage of recruitment: from how we write job descriptions and where we advertise roles, to how we train hiring managers. Our teams participate in Inclusive Recruitment training, helping to ensure that selection processes are fair transparent, and welcoming to all candidates. We aim to create an environment where every applicant can feel confident bringing their unique background and experience.
