Karoline Plasczyk

“The programme gave an opportunity to explore different HR areas while taking on real responsibility.”

Starting in HR support, Karoline built a strong foundation across the employee lifecycle before taking ownership of recruitment processes end to end. Today, she manages hiring in close collaboration with stakeholders while enhancing efficiency and candidate experience in a competitive market.

“I joined MCG as a graduate, beginning with supporting HR processes and gaining experience across the employee lifecycle. Through rotations in Local HR, Recruiting, and Learning & Development, my role quickly evolved from learning to taking full ownership and driving my work independently.

Today, I manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with hiring managers while delivering a structured and positive candidate experience. I also focus on improving and streamlining processes to make recruiting more efficient and consistent.

The graduate programme played a key role in my development. Early exposure to different HR areas, combined with trust and responsibility, helped me grow quickly and understand the broader HR landscape.

I’m particularly proud of contributing to EMEA-wide initiatives, including an Employee Day to strengthen collaboration, training concepts for emerging talent, and employer branding projects such as a new careers website. For me, balancing an attractive employer brand with strong candidate and employee experience is essential—and I’m glad to contribute to that.

If I had to describe my journey in three words, they would be versatility, growth, and impact.”
